Description
The Connoisseur Gas Model 4 Gas Barbecue is an excellant small size high end cooking platform. Its striking looks and durabilty are well deserved due to its stainless steel construction. Its smaller size means that it will fit on small patio areas where the bigger models would simply be unsuitable.
The main grill has 4 burners all seperately controlled through the stainless steel knobs on the front panel. The grills are on this model are porcelain coated cast iron arranged in a standard straight line design. Located above the cooking area is a seperate warming rack unlike other barbecue styles is not fixed in the hood.
The entire grill area has its own hood which is easy to operate with its stainless steel handle running the full length of the hood. The hood is fitted with its own temperature gauge so you can keep an eye on the internal temperature with a quick glance.
Underneath the grill area are located two cupboards for gas bottles. There is additional room rear for you to store other cooking essentials. These cupboards are also constructed out of stainless steel.
To finish off this barbecue it comes with a side burner fitted to the right hand side. This side burner has its own seperate lid so when it is not in use it can serve as an additional standing area. The left hand side has open standing area which can be used to store plates, cooking tools or anything which needs to be kept at hand. The underneath of this bench is fitted with several hooks on which you can store your cooking tools.
In summary a compact barbecue will grace any
outside area and which will have give you long service life and hopfully many
ours of enjoyable cooking. The fitted castor wheels will allow the unit to be
easily moved around the patio or on any flat solid surface.
