Queensland No4 Gas Barbecue
Description
The Queensland No4 the top model in our entry range. Like all the models in the range the BBQ comes complete with a hood and a wooden trolley. Additionally it comes with its own spit roaster. Light duty and battery powered it can manage a small chicken or piece of meat. Do NOT expect to be able to use it to roast a full pig.
The main grill has 4 burners all seperately controlled through the knobs on the front panel. Each burner has its own independant ignition device. The grills are on this model are porcelain coated cast iron arranged in a standard straight line design. Located above the cooking area is a seperate warming rack unlike other barbecue styles which is not fixed in the hood.
The hood which is easy to operate has a timber handle running the full length. The hood is fitted with its own temperature gauge so you can keep an eye on the internal temperature with a quick glance. Additionally it also acts as an intergral wind sheild to the barbecue.
The trolley is manufactured out of hardwood and has two work areas either side of the barbecue. These surfaces have a wood surround with a metal inlay. The wooden shelf at the bottom can hold the gas bottle while leaving room for other items. The trolley is finished off with two wheels at one end allowing the barbecue to be easily moved around.
A drip tray is fitted as standard to the barbecue. In summary a large entry level barbecue which will suit all gardens and hopefully give many hours of enjoyable cooking.
A sideburner is available as an optional extra.This can be purchased with the unit or can be ordered later from the Queensland Accessories page.
