Bermuda 1.2m hardwood stool / chair with back rest

The Bermuda high chair has stylish straight arm rest design and is an good alternative to a standard height chair especially if paired with its matching table. With an overall height of 1.2m they are accessable and easy enough for most people to get in and out of.

Manufactured out of hardwood yellow balau. The hardwood construction means the stool is both strong and durable. Can be left outside all year round though it is recommended to protect it if not to be used for prolonged periods. To finish of this seat it comes complete with a special designed green colour seat and back cushion.

What is yellow balau timber? Yellow Balau is a hardwood that is commonly used in the construction of garden furniture as an alternative to the well known teak hardwood. Its main appeal to manufactures is that it is much cheaper than teal. Yellow Balau has a life span of up to 30 years thanks to high density of the timber which gives it good durability. Additionally amongst timbers it has only a small tendency to warp or twist over time. While the timber will stand up to regular continuous sunshine and rain exposure the surface of yellow balau over a period of years will begin to weather to a silvery grey colour. Therefore occasional treatment with a hardwood oil will help to reduce this.
